- 100ml (5 tablespoons) olive oil
- 500g beef mince
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into 2cm cubes
- ½, 400g or similar weight tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 150ml (2/3rd cup) natural yoghurt
