Bangers and Mash

Ingredients

Serves: 8
  • 8 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) milk, or as needed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 750g sausages
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 30g (1½ tablespoons) gravox or gravy mix
  • 1 cup water, or as needed
