Choc Chip Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ Teaspoon Bicarb

Method

Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and combine thoroughly, you can use a wooden spoon but it is easier with your hands.

Preheat the oven to 180

Take about a tablespoonful and roll it into a ball and place on a greased tray, press gently so it is about 1cm thick.

Repeat this until the tray is full, make sure to leave a 1cm - 2cm gap between cookies as they spread out when they are cooking.

Place the tray into the preheated oven and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes depending on your oven, watch them closely because they will burn very easily if you leave them in too long.

When they are golden brown on top take them out and leave them to cool completely as this allows them to set, if you try to eat it warm it will fall apart.

When cool eat and enjoy!
