300mls cream
2 mars bars
6-8 meringues
2 tbls brandy
Fresh strawberries
Whip cream, break meringues roughly into 2-3 pieces. Fold them into whipped cream.
Melt mars bar and brandy. Allow to cool, glently fold into mixture giving a marble effect. Place into a foil lined tin and coffer with foil. Freeze for at least 6 hours
Remove from foil onto plate and decorate with strawberries and extra whipped cream
