Choc Chunk Peanut Butter Cookies

125g butter - softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg whisked
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups SR flour - sifted
1 cup roughly chopped dark chocolate
1 cup extra crunchy peanut butter

Preheat oven to 180c  Line 2 large trays with baking paper
Beat butter and sugar for about 5 mins till light and fluffy
Add egg and vanilla and beat for 1 min
Gently stir in flour, chocolate and peanut butter
Drop tbls of dough on each tray about 3cm apart
Flatten slightly with hand and bake for 15 mins
