Chicken and Almond Stirfry

2tbls oil
2tbls slivered almonds
2 chicken breast fillets - chopped
1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
1/2 red capsicum - sliced
2 cups chopped baby bok choy
1 cup snow peas
1pk salt reduced french onion soup
1/2 cup water

Heat oil in wok
Add almonds and cook until golden
Spoon almonds onto paper towel and dicard all but 2 tsps oil
Heat wok
Add chicken and stir-fry till golden brown
Add ginger, caps, bok and peas and stir fry for1-2 mins
Add soup and water and cook till chicken is cooked

Serve with rice
