Yorkshire Toad in the Hole

Ingredients

Serves: 4
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 pork sausages
  • 1 1/3 cups plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • salt and pepper to taste
