Line your baking tray with baking paper, put a pot on the stove on high.

Melt 100gr unsalted butter in the pot, pour in the tin of condensed milk, stir through. Pour in 1 cup of brown sugar, stir till all is mixed through.

Break up the dark choc block into chunky pieces and put in the hot mixture stir through till all is melted and mixed.

Melt white choc bars in microwave till completely melted and cut up mars bars to little pieces.

Pour HALF the hot choc mixture from the pot into the lined baking tray. Pour over the melted white choc, spread evenly over the dark choc. Pour the rest of the hot choc mixture over the white choc.

Sprinkle the chopped mars bar over the whole thing, try not to leave gaps.

If desired you can melt more white choc and drizzle over the top of the mars bar. Chill till cold - about 4 hours - and cut into pieces to serve.
