Sweet Corn Cups

Ingredients -
1 1/2 tbls butter
1 1/2 tbls flour
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper
1 rasher of bacon chopped and cooked
1 small can of creamed corn

Puff pastry cupped in muffin trays

Method -
make a thick whte sauce by melting butter, stirring in flour and then adding the milk gradually
Allow to thick and cook well
Add sweet corn and chopped bacon which has been cooked beforehand
Salt and pepper
Put in pastry and bake for about 10 mins
