Rum Balls

Ingredients

Serves: 30
  • 1 (23cm) white cake - cooked, cooled and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) thickened cream
  • 90g dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons dark rum
  • 5/8 cup (90g) ground almonds
  • chocolate sprinkles as needed
