Gerard Steak

Ingredients -
500g casserole beef - chopped
1tsp worc sauce
1tbls flour
1tbls tomato sauce
1tsp mustard
1tsp salt
Nutmeg
1 1/2 cups water
pepper
2tsp sugar
1tsp vinegar

Method -
Mix flour, sugar, salt, mustard and nutmeg and toss beef into it.
Place meat in a casserole dish and over it pour sauces, vinegar and water mixed together
cover and bake in slow oven for 2 hours serve with vegies
