Ingredients -
500g potatos
1onion chopped
1 tbls butter or marg
60g ham chopped
1 tomato chopped
2 tbls flour
1 egg yolk
1 tsp french mustard
salt and pepper
oil for frying
Method -
Boil potatos in salted water with onion
Drain and mash....add ham, tomato and flour, egg yolk and mustard, salt and pepper
Fry in oil like pan cakes - serve with other meals
