FOR THE BASE. Preheat oven to 180, sift all dry ingredients into a bowl, add melted butter and vanilla and mix well. Press into a greased slice pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, and cool in tray

FOR THE ICING. Sift icing sugar and cocoa into a bowl, add melted butter and water and mex until smooth. Spread icing over cooled base then sprinkle with coconut. Put in fridge to set.

When set cut into slices and store in the fridge for up to a week ( if it last that long )
