- 1 egg
- 120ml milk
- 1kg chicken pieces
- 100 grams plain breadcrumbs
- 250 grams ham/bacon
- 200 grams cubed cheese
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup of milk extra
Place chicken in a baking dish. Sprinkle the ham and cheese over the top. Stir together the soup and milk and pour over the top. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
