Cauliflower with Tomatoes

Ingredients -
1 Cauliflower cut and cooked
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic - crushed
1tbls oil
1tbls butter
1 can diced tomatoes in herbs
salt and pepper
bread crumbs

Method -
Fry onion and garlic in butter and oil, drain.  Add tomatoes, season.  Add cauliflower and crumbs and simmer for 5 mins  Serve with meat dishes
