Butterscotch Pudding

Batter
  • 1 cup Self Raising flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 60g melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of milk
Sauce
  • 30g butter chopped
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup boiling water
Preheat oven to 180 (fan forced). Mix it all together the batter ingredients and place in a greased oven proof dish. On top of the batter place the 2 tbsp golden syrup, 30g of butter chopped and 1 1/2 cups of boiling water.
Bake for 30-35 minutes on 180 (fan forced)
