OREO Mint Desserts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup PASCALL White Marshmallows, chopped
  • 250ml PHILADELPHIA Cream For Desserts, double cream alternative
  • 3-4 teaspoon peppermint essence
  • 12 OREO Original Cookies, roughly chopped
  • Mint leaves, for decoration

Method

COMBINE the marshmallows, PHILLY and essence and mix well.
SPOON a little Oreo into the base of 4 small serving glasses, then spoon over half of the PHILLY mixture. Repeat the layers finishing with chopped OREO. Chill for 2 hours or overnight. Garnish with mint leaves prior to serving.
