Individual Berry Tiramisu

  • 500g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup caster sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 punnets berries e.g. blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
  • 1½ cups cold strong black coffee
  • ¾ cup Marsala
  • 12 sponge finger biscuits, cut in half
  • Flaked chocolate

Method

  • BEAT the PHILLY and sugar with an electric mixer until just combined. Add the yolks and cream and beat until smooth. Set aside.
  • DIVIDE the berries between 8 serving glasses and then top with half the PHILLY mixture.
  • COMBINE the coffee and Marsala in a shallow dish. Dip 3 biscuit pieces quickly in the coffee then place cut side down into a glass. Repeat to make 8. Spoon the remaining PHILLY into each glass, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Sprinkle with the flaked chocolate. Serve immediately.
