Hi Ling Ming

Ingredients

Serves: 4
  • 1/4 cabbage
  • 2 cups (370g) rice (uncooked)
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 2 onions
  • 2 packets dried chicken noodle soup
  • 500g mince
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 litre water

Preparation method
Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 30 minutes

  1. My mum use to cook this when we were children. I now cook it for my family. It's great the next day for lunch also.
