Hazelnut Macaroons

Ingredients -
180g ground hazelnut meal
200g caster sugar
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla essence
100g dark chocolate melted

Method -
Preheat oven to 180c. Lightly grease a baking tray and line with baking paper.  Place meal, sugar and eggwhites and vanilla in a food processor and process to a thick paste.  Place tablespoons of mixture, 2cm aparton prepared tray.  Bake in oven for 15 mins or until are lightly golden.  When cooled drizzle with chocolate.
