Ingredients -
2 chicken breast fillets - cubed
Capsicum - diced
mushrooms - diced
carrot - diced
onion- diced
90g Butter
2 tbls flour
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp of prepared mustard - or to taste
2 tbls cream - or to taste
Frozen peas and corn
Method -
Heat butter in pan and cook chicken.
Add vegies and cook until tender
Remove vegies and chicken from pan and add more butter, when melted stir in flour and cook for 1 min. Gradually add stock and bring to boil
Add turmeric, mustard and cream
Add chicken and veg and heat through
Serve with rice
